Terminal Attractor

The end-state toward which a system inevitably converges once past a critical threshold. In TAO, terminal attractors are either constructive (S > 1.0, self-reinforcing stability) or destructive (S approaching 0, cascading collapse). The current global S of 0.116 means civilization is tracking toward the destructive attractor. The intervention window is 18 months.
