Governance is the immune system of civilization — the only domain with the legitimate mandate to correct every other domain — and in March 2026, it is failing while simultaneously being targeted by the diseases it is supposed to suppress.
Consider what an immune system actually does.
It does not prevent all threats. It identifies them, deploys a response, learns from the encounter, and updates its defenses. It is not perfect. But it is continuous — operating in the background, monitoring, correcting, adapting. Remove it, and every pathogen that would have been contained now runs unchecked. The diseases do not cause the immune system's collapse. The collapse causes the diseases.

Collapse territory means: entropy is overwhelming leverage, and recovery without massive external intervention is no longer possible through organic processes.
